2025 Stroke Program in Neurorecovery

As part of the annual Stroke Program in Neurorecovery (SPiN) Workshop, we were thrilled to host 55 graduate and post-doctoral trainees from across Canada and internationally in Montreal, QC.

Trainees had the opportunity to tour cutting-edge research labs and learn about ongoing work in stroke recovery and neurorehabilitation at:
🔬 Université de Montréal
🏥 Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital
🧠 Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal

This two day workshop provides trainees the opportunity gain hands-on experience with novel rehabilitation technologies, network with peers from across the country, explore career paths after graduate school, meet people with stroke lived experience, and more!

Stay tuned for an update on the 2026 SPiN Workshop!
